When I first embarked on my food as medicine journey, it was ANYTHING but simple.
While I’m a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I just could NOT find a plan that would stick.
I felt like I had to either deprive myself of the foods I loved, cook for hours and hours and hours (and hours) in the kitchen, or spend a fortune on organic goji berries -- and STILL couldn't meet my health goals.
Sure, changing habits, mindset, and lifestyle isn’t easy, but I knew there had to be a better way.
The good news?
After a whole lot of trial and error, I found it!
I figured out a simple method that 100% has me feeling less stressed, healthier, more energized & able to engage in life without costing a ton of gluten-free dough or me spending a bazillion hours in the kitchen or on Google! I also partner with a team of dietitians & nutritionists to combine ultimate nutrition with cooking & coaching support!
And now I want to share it with you!
